PS CONSULTANT was founded in the year 2015 by Mrs.Poonam Chitre Karkhanis, having its registered office in Andheri (West) Mumbai, Maharashtra State of India.

She is B.E.(Civil) from "University of Mumbai" (https://mu.ac.in/), "Fellow Member (FIE)" and "Chartered Engineer [India]" of "The Institute Of Engineers" (https://www.ieindia.org/) having 32 years of vast experience in Civil & Structural profession, expertise in conceptualizing the RCC, structural design, planning for the projects and approving layout for the structures as per processes.

Project Management skills like Planning, Scheduling, Estimating, Support to provide sound technical inputs in RCC, structural core area, ensuring timely availability and accuracy of Civil Drawings.

Having MCGM-Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai, (formerly known as the Bombay Municipal Corporation) approved "Structural Licence" for (60m height above ground level), Thane & Vasai Virar Mahanagar Palika & being FIE of "The Institute Of Engineers" (https://www.ieindia.org/) can provide consultancy services all over India & Nepal. Also have certification expertise in "Indian Vedic Vastu".
